Thrown on a wheel in a small ceramics studio, the Distressed Textured Ceramic Vase is shaped by hand and then finished with deliberate surface marking to create its characteristic aged quality. The natural clay body is fired at high temperature before a weathered glaze is applied in warm, earthy tones — a vessel that carries the honest marks of its making.
